Contact the vendor if you're under warranty. Or just do a clean install of windows. Not from the recovery disks but an actual retail installation of windows 7 or 8. * +

I have finally installed Window 7, doing away with acer eRecovery Management s**ts!! Again I can't download and install skype, yet it meets all the requirement. Skype was working on my laptop before formating. * +

@vintalia. remove it (skype), clean the registry, with Ccleaner, and again download / install it. it should work. I personaly like downloading software from filehippo.com * +
