Hey guys, I got a problem with my satellite reciever. Today I found my old satellite reciever which wasnt used for a couple of years, because I took Digital tv reciever from my phone and internet provider. So today I connected LNB cable and scart cable to the reciever and i turned on reciever, but then on my reciever was shown 'boot'. What that exactly means when is shown on satellite reciever? And is there any chance to fix it? * +

Boot as it is should bring the receiver on,basically it's starting up,give it about a min or two,if nothing then u may have to wipe the inside of it with a gentle brush cus it been there for long without use,if u stil not on luck then take it to a professional... * +

do u hav any manual about the receiver? if u dont, then GOOGLE it. * +

it means it need software upgrade.signal not found so u can't boot.call provider *
