yeah I saw that. scientists were getting excited believing they had contacted little green men when infact it was probably someone doing a pastie in the poxy microwave lol. anyway an export radio is really a glorified CB radio, but they are marketed as 10 meter amateur radios because its the only way they can be legally sold cos of the extra bands they cover. I've bought a new one now anyway, since most people are asking about 1OO english pounds for them 2nd hand here so thought I may as well by a new one for 160 quid. * +
