downloaded the client but despite entering the correct mobile number and IMEI it says the account does not exist has anyone else had this problem? and worse still after quiting the program Iam now unable to locate it on the computer because there is no desktop icon and nothing in the progams list and neither does it automatcally start upon boot up! infact I cant even find it in programs and features! what a shambles this is?! *

ive just downloaded bluestacks to be honest and given up with the client. it will do untill I upgrade to Windows 10 when I can just download the app. iam not changing my laptop its core i7 anyway. *
