Hi i have a seagate pipeline hd 2 harddrive which i took out of an old sky+ box, i want to put an enclosure on it and use it as an external hdd with my tv to record stuff or put movies on etc. when i was taking it out i damaged the connectors on the circuit board that was attached to it, i didnt think id need it anyway, i assumed that i wouldnt need it to put it in an enclosure, was my thinking correct? I have since thrown the circuit board away and im left with just the hdd which has connections on the bottom.if i buy an enclosure will it have connections built in so i can just put it together and plug it in and be good to go? Or did i need that circuit board? If so where can i buy another? Or if im good with just the enclosure, can anybody name any decent ones for me to look into? Also how do i tell if its a 3.5 or a 2.5? If i messed it up by throwing the circuit board away i'll just have to buy one new, but im hoping to salvage this one. Thanks in advance for any help, im not very tech minded so forgive me if i used the wrong terminolgy. *
