Just put an o2 online payandgo sim in phone but can't connect 2 gprs-anyone know if it's activated when they send my mms settings or do i need 2 call customer service? * +

need to call customer services or there should be option on sim which asked you automatically if you wish to receive the settings. If you've not seen that, then its a phone call you need to make. * +

If its an online sim when you first turn it on it says allow sim to send msg if you say yes it requests the settings but you only get 1 chance. Their is a number you can txt the word SETTINGS to thats free and does the job but i can't remember it at min. Or if yr phones a Nokia and you've got wap access go to http://www.help-portal.com/page1 and you can send the settings to any nokia * +

Found it txt ACTIVE to 2020 i think it's free but i get free txt messages anyway so i can't test it * +

If you scroll down your menu you find a option that says o2 or o2options and if you scroll down you get option to send for settings when you get them you dont have to save them but the sim will work mate thats what i always do with new sim * +
