That's disgraceful.. if you were charged without prior notification you should get hold of their email address and tell them exactly how unhappy you are about it. If you don't get satisfaction from them you could contact ICSTIS which is the regulatory body - you could also advise the rip-off merchants in your email that you intend to pursue that route. * +
