Search for your user id rather than post title, please help means nothing, writing what the problem is much more helpful eg orange mms help or mtn wap fault. 
that and if you use the search feature and try to find 'help' it doesn't recognise it. Or at least it didn't before * +

there are too many people using titles like 'help' or 'help plz' etc etc... there should be much more detail put in the title... i mean theres enough space to write it? im quite emotional about this issue lol find it hugely annoying! *
