accordin to the website the large majority of problems can b fixed within a cpl of hours! went there fr 2 simple thngs an got told 3 days! grr * +

more often than not, they DONT fix it on the day, but you have to book your phone in. If your very unlucky they have to send the phone off and that can take up to two weeks to come back. * +

your best bet is to take it in on a midweek day tues or wed thurs, mondays are always busy and so is fridays and they dont normally do repairs on saturday and even our largest cpw only has one engineer. Good luck with it. * +

bout 2 month ago i got a fone of internet and it is knackerd, didnt get it from cpw but thats who i pay my insurance 2 so wud i be able 2 take it 2 them 2 get fixed or not?. * +

Even if you did not purchase your phone fro cpw they will still repair it long as it still has warranty they will claim there money from warranty *
