i am on 3 network on contract.i have had my a n73 for 9 month so i thought i wud ring dem up n c if i cud get an early upgrade as my joystik effd up.they told me i could have another n73 refurbished 4 free.i recieved my new n73 last week. i have just had a call off 3 sayin if i wana keep dis phone i have 2 pay 250 pound or send it bak.do i have the legal right to keep the phone without payin. * +

yes it is.but i sent it away to get fixed .but they wudnt fix cos the chip board had slite water damage.so they told me this cancels the warranty.even though the water damage hasnt effected my phone. * +
