Two persons communicating via GPRS should both be on this planet earth. Voice data transferred by GPRS to/from mobile phones is sent via the Internet so someone in the UK may talk to someone in Australia (as long as both receives GPRS signals). If a phone company offers unlimited use of GPRS for one day in return for a fixed payment then it may be an economical way to communicate for some people. * +
