that name is FLASH SMS. u can find any site sms with flash support. so, u can send sms like a ghost without numbers * +

u can get apps for s60 phones to send flash SMS which sends witheld to some models like some the Samsung phones. App example CoolSMS. * +

sorry, i meant u can send flash SMS yes but the WAP PUSH SMS are sent witheld to some models. Garion is right, just ignore them, in your case it prob is a scam. *
