As of 10 april vodacom users who download the vfone enhanced version of opera mini can now browse the web for free over weekends. Thats from midnight on friday to midnight on sunday. Starts on the 10 and sadly ends 2 may * +

Dude if you're a voda customer then while browsing on your phone at the upper right corner there should always be a link asking if you wish to upgrade to vodafone's version which is simply called internet. Alternatively google vodafone opera mini weekends and you will get the link. Dont download off the opera site. I have the vfone version of opera 5 and its free to download as well. Cheers * +

the vf mini is only supported by a few phones and as far as I know only one LG phone supports vf mini. I hate South African Internet Service Providers * +
