O2 offerd there staff a 2percent pay rise which naturaly they turned down.4,000 workers mainly call centre workers n shop staff cud walk out this month.well if ur not getting a gud service now then it looks bleek in the future.thought o2 wud offer at least 5percent wid the money they got coming in? * +

5 percent makes absolutely no business sense, they should be happy with what they get. Saying that, I moaned last time I got 2.5, never went on strike though. * +
