Quite a lot of o2 dongles are already unlocked .download free DCunlocker app And check its simlock status...in dongle manager settings create a new and name giffgaff enter thd dial number*99hash and check that option box for obtain: usernname,pass,apn automatically *

It'll work, but giffgaff's terms don't permit it and they may be able to see the device you're using. *
