ok thanks guys for all your help. Firstly i was given a vodafone india sim but had some difficulties connecting to net... Vodafone india seems to be number one to all here... I eventually got a airtel sim new n the settings came automatic to my e71 n yea the net speed is fine. I recommend airtel to anyone who visits india and needs a sim card for net * +

vodafone is no more number one in india . . its airtel givin good services all over india . all other are also good but their speed and services vary accordin to regions and circles in india but airtel covers whole india in all its services includin net * +

But Airtel's data services are not good in five circles where it is holding 2G spectrum in 900MHz band and it also include our circle Haryana. * +
