I haven't had that experience myself but I know they're working to clear up some issues at the moment. A small number of new users had problems because giffgaff weren't prepared for so many customers registering at once. * +

Free 0800 numbers is a gr8 thing. Dont have2stand in a phonebox for half an hour plus, just2get rejected 4a crisis-loan lol * +

@toytonka Gotta agree with you, I've made use of the free 0800 calls several times (orders, enquires, paying bills etc). Without giffgaff I'd have to use Skype for freephone calls which is more awkward. * +
