It's gettin to be a mission. Last year i went to RICA my sim at PEP, was in n out under 3 minutes. Yesterday i went to PEP to register another n was told that unless i buy a sim from them, they wont RICA it. If u go to a Voda store they wont RICA a MTN sim, i went from hotagter to haaragter to get my MTN sim RICA'd .. No store here would do it unless i had bought the sim by them. * +

Eventually i got it RICA'd by a tiny shop. Only reason i managed that is coz the i've bought few things by him in the past. blood vultures just wana sell u their sim cards. * +
