Would anybody mind to tell me that what specifications should I look in a Mobile Phone for a good experience of Internet browsing?

It depends what u are looking for. If u want one for music or intertainment, get a music 4ne. But if u are looking to do office stuff like sending documents and html browsing, get a smartphone * +

For Internet you want: A large screen at atleast 3.5inch with a high resolution of atleast 800x480, also a large battery, minimum of 1300mAh, next is a good processor i'd say minimum a 600mhz ARM A8/ARMv7 so TI OMAP34 series, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Samsung Hummingbird, Nvidia Tegra2 etc.. Then you need RAM, minimum 256mb RAM, finaly an OS that comes with a Webkit web browser that has Flash10... * +

Flash10 support, HTML5 support, Javascript ,multiple tabs support etc... the OS must also have multiple good 3rd party web browsers. At this point any mid to high end Android will be fine (HTC DesireHD, Samsung Galaxy-S, SE X10, Dell Streak, Acer Liquid E, LG Optimus One, Htc Legend, Motorola Milestone, Htc Desire, Desire Z etc...).
