Does anybody know if you get a new contract and the phone is not working properly can you return it for another one within 7 days * +

phone them about it they should replace it and probably send you something for posting back for free or arrange to pick it up * +

just wanna add that different retail shops in the UK DO have different policies so before leaving with any item or product just check the returns policies. some can be 7 days, some 14 days n some 28 days. some offer to swap for a different model entirely n some don't * +

the LAW states that any free gift given with any purchase has the same conditions as any paid for item, therefore you have paid for a contract and given a free phone, the phone should come with the same warrenty as if you had paid for it, also the LAW states any item not upto the job they where intended for MUST be replaced upto 28 days later * +
