and i cant believe it but amazon and nomi web sites are still selling there sims and wilkingsons , postoffice and pay points are still taking money for top ups which cant be used as i witness some teenager trying to get a refund for the worthless topup she perchased on wednesday this week in the main postoffice in chatham town centre, * +

update from offcom as of today. they informed me nomi are no more there london office has closed down and offcom told me there is no chance of getting a pac code to port number to a new network and any credit will be gone. so that draws a line under nomi mobile * +

Dont think phone top ups would be covered by the sales of goods act or the consumer credit act, im not touch the small phone ghost networks again im sticking to asda for cheap calls and my main number is staying with one of the big 4 networks * +

Asda is a ghost network.they buy there airtime of Vodafone.Tesco buy of o2.Virgin of T-mobile.all three piggy back of main networks.they can opt out anytime they choose! * +

My point is i very much doubt asda would go bust, and if they wanted to close there network they would get there customers number moved to another network or offer the pac code to take your number to who you wanted to, unlike nomi would just cut there out going call and text off, from what ive foundout offcom has no teeth as there commets have shown ie there nothing we can do get a new numberp *
