With the current Orange problem, normal browsers (which render on the device) are working, but not browsers that use compression such as Mini or Uzard. It's no longer affecting me but there are still reports of it happening in some parts of the UK. * +

If you're using a java version of Mini, go into 'settings/advanced' and change the network protocol from 'socket' to 'http' temporarily, this seems to resolve the problem for many people, although running the connection test can also help (weirdly). Check the forum topic alluded to earlier for more info. * +

It is apparently, according to one user in the Opera forums there's a message about it when you call Customer Services, which is almost unprecedented for Orange. * +
