Umm not to sure i think uk numbers start wif 44 i think someone txted me a mgs from the uk and there number started wif 44 so as for 08 i dont no at a good guess mayb a country not far from australia as its 04 here * +

there is yeah, you call a 01 number first but cant remember the exact number, search free 0845 numbers on Google * +

First check on saynoto0870 to see if there's an alternative. If not you could set up an account with Localphone and get a normal landline number which will divert to the 084 number. You'll need Localphone credit but the rates are very low. * +
