you sof format with a pc as it then fixes the card and makes its useable, then use a data recovery program to recover the lost files its not rocket science, * +

every time you write to the card your overwriting wats been on there previously. just try the data recovery via pc DONT format the card in any way as thats wiping it totally clean. * +
