iCard mobile has a flat rate of 9p per text, but you'd probably be better off with Lebara which is 10p per text as they give you extra credit and free wap. Giffgaff is only 8p per text to selected countries though (EU, USA, Canada, India, Pakistan, Australia and New Zealand). * +
