It's most probably 'SSL' - Secure Sockets Layer, these are generally secure sites often prefixed with https rather than http, and I presume your browser or device just doesn't have the built-in protocols to handle such sites. Just have a Google around and try to find the same download on a non-secure site would probably be your best solution, you're not gonna get a virus or anything on what is presumably a java-based phone. *
