the same happend to my phone u have to download the blackberry update onto ur pc an connect ur phone to the pc then follow the instructions * +

your phone will get wiped tho so do a back up file on to ur pc and if u aing got a pc download blackberry protect and do a back up and then take your phone into a shop and they will do it for free if u have 12 months garuntee still xx *
