hi these two phones are both active dual sims but i wanna no if i only put one sim in these two phones can i select dual mode so it can switch between 3G and 2G if say i loose coverage with 2G it'll roam to 3G like it does with most phones??? *

no. both dosent.. u can use duel mode *
