hey just out of intrest, u know that youtube app on mobile phone, when u watch a video at there, say like a 3minute long video, roughly how much data is that using up? i heard people saying a 15minute long video would eat up around 100mb. this is rather dangerous lol if u only got so much data allowence a month yea. * +

if u r on 2g connection.. and on M.youtube.com ull lose 20kB/s.. if u r on 3g or 4g in www.youtube.com den according to 240p 320p 720p 1080p ull lose 35kB/s to 150kB/s * +

As for me, I don't use the default browser to stream YouTube videos. I use OperaMini to open, and watch the video thus getting a low quality reception. That's what I want because although on 3G I use about one megabyte per minute. * +

how can a 1080p video be 150kb? think about it. how ever big the video is, then that is how much the stream will be. if i stream a 14mb video on my phone then 14mb will be used. * +
