I didn't know free sims were available in store. There isn't any EE stores within walking distance from me. Also, bus fairs nowadays cost almost 4 pounds there and back into town so im not paying that just to get a free sim. * +

Order another 1 from the website again. I wouldn't have waited 4 weeks for it to come before ordering a new one, i would have waited 2 weeks at the most. * +

I heard that you need to make a call or text at least once every six months for the SIM to remain active. Does this mean that you have to make a call or text from your mobile phone or does making a call to your mobile phone i.e from a landline count as a call? *
