check out the huawei ascend Y300. they sell it for just 
60 here. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch 800x480-pixel screen and a 5-megapixel camera. * +

check out the GFive Luminous E660...62dollars, ARM Crotex-A9 1GHz processor, 3MP HD camera with LED flash, 256 ram and dual sim...available in pakistan....no reviews so i can't tell you exactly what wrong with it but it doesn't have 3g and i'm not entirely sure what version of android it's running. * +
