Sony Ericsson S700i has 1.3 megapixel camera and it makes really good photos! Sharp TM200 has 2mpxs,Samsung S2300 has 3mpxs and Samsung V5400 has 5mpxs but it's only avalable in Japan. And it's soooo expensive! * +

And another one by samsung has a 7mp camera. And one by lg has 6mp camera. And k750 and w800 by se have 2mp cameras. * +
