Someone asked last week about the dial-a-phone company and are they ok to get phones from. According to a letter in my phone magazine this month, someone ordered a phone, got sent the wrong model with the promise that the new one would be sent out next month. Then it was 3 months, then the end of that week, and still no joy. Only way to contact em is by email too, so I'd avoid em totally. *

Hannah, you're too late. My mate ordered his phone and he's already got it lol he got me to look over hi s contract as well to make sure everything was ok. He seems happy enough. Guess yours was an extreme case x *

Possibly, but 4 months wait and then hiding behind emails is a bit off-putting *
