the oned before used pure hydrogen.itwas safe to carry but you can imagine its not gonna be easy to get it out there and everyone always knoew that waters components include hydrogen.so the whole question is how do we extract it ?they been looking for efficient ways of doin that and i think they found it and working on it but there are gonna b invisible forces that r gona try to slow this or stop
