some people... If your car isnt powerful enough to spin rubber, remove the tires and do burnouts on the rims. Dont worry, it wont wreck them to do a burnout, rev the engine as high as it will go, put it in 4th, and SLOWLY remove the clutch. To drift, sticky tape down the handbrake b*tton and just pull up and down on the handbrake repeatedly whilst going around a corner at 90mph
