wipe the phone entirely using bbsak, reinstall an os and it'l prompt you to either enter current or create new one. that's the only way can remember off hand, you can also try factory reset using the bbsak 1st to see if it'l work. it should though so go that way. be sure to backup whatever important stuff on phone 1st though and don't restore everything cause the service books contain I'd info(just to be safe)
