If your download keeps failing just go to Options Device then Advanced System Settings then SerVice Book and look for Blackberry internet browsing service you'll perhaps see two of them . Look for the one that says Blackberry Internet Browser Service 2 and just Delete it . Very Important do not Delete the Normal Blackberry Internet Browser ,only the one that has a 2 next to it Otherwise I have no idea what happens but I guess you'll have to wipe to get your Service book back lol .well after that I'm sure your downloads will not fail untill it reappears again after a while ...takes long to reappear though .
