Huh quality of pictures taken does not depend on screen colours.. It depends on physical factors exposure, capture,red eye,etc.. Screen is just a media to show you the picture snapped it will never give you true quality.. So doesnt matter if you have 16m colours display or 262k..Anyways a human can recognise few range of colours.
