no phone memory....it says in the book to do it.... done it before no bother..... its not a complete reset....but it comes on now and just saya please wait...switches off then on....then please wait again.....grrrr!!!!! im gonna take it to visit a shop 2morro i think !!! its fairly new !!! grrrr.... thanx :)
