Incredibles 2! As much as enjoyed Cars 2, Pixar should have done that instead. It was, after all, left wide open. And I have always thought Peter F. Hamilton's Night's Dawn trilogy would make for an incredibly set of movies, although with them being such large novels I suppose it would be difficult to condense them into movies.
