Heaven is a dimension once we die our souls slip into a dimension for eternity those who are destined for hell will also receive the same treatment but they will wait for judgement , their souls will be lyin in da prison of hell they will be tormented then judged when the earth ends ,those meet heaven requirements will be inside the city those waiting for tribulation and white throne judgement will be outside the city bringing fruits from the land
