There's enough legislation in place to supposedly ensure the safety of the vulnerable.. I despair sometimes. Killing your own child: its beyond anything I can comprehend.but the majority of the careers or people that are meant to look out for these cases of neglect and mistreatment of kids, miss the signs or are commiting the inhumane acts themselves
