The government WANTS migrants to be blamed. Migrants are the buffer between outraged Australians and those who are actually responsible for this mess.. the wealthy elite and the politicians.

But you can't tell the average Australian this, and I expect a few businesses will be torched and other such nonsense will happen. Civil unrest.. thus the need for a large number of American troops within the next year who our government are busily constructing housing for as we speak.
