I don't understand what this Egyptian guys issue is..

He complains about working there long hours, but he refuses help from anyone else. Oh, except if it's me helping him. Then he's fine.

I said can you take it upon yourself to train one of these new guys (my way of him getting someone else to help him). He says no, he will do it on his own and it affects him psychologically to deal with ''those people''

I'm a baker, not a babysitter.
