Aslm, in ur next post u have written abt his imprisonment which is welcome. There is way too much for me to read thru all but jst browsing thru it is says according to Hanafi madhab. Which I did mention. I'm only giving my opinion here and imo the husband and wife have certainly done no wrong not accepting the ruling that the marriage is null and void as from what I gather the other schools of thort also disagree with the ruling that the marriage is disolved. I say this coz Ummi made a statement that if they were real Muslims they would know that the marriage is no longer valid or somethin to that effect which I think was an unfair and incorrect statement to make.
