some people really believe that the other people are wrong or stupid if they dont think or act like them. They even think latest technologies and todays standard of living make us clever and smart.
Those are the peoples who don't have any clue who they are and what is there destiny. and those same people's dont read history carefully

Islam don't eliminate the whole culture but only eliminate the wrongness or evilness in that culture.
