Also their biological growth is not really ready before 18, or even 21. (Those 3 years make a big difference in mental growth too like any jumps before that.) I support the legal age for various adult things to be at 21. I'm not a conservative person. I'm a realist and a ''spoilsport'' according to some 19 year old boozers lol
