Most themes are zipped and renamed to thm, Sis, nth. So here is my little secret. Dont waste your time looking for a software to make themes. Just download any theme for your phone send it to your pc then rename it to .zip extract the contents then edit them by changing the icons, you can put what you want. Then after zip it and rename the zip to thm or nth or sis depending on your phone's format then send it to your phone and instal.
