it never happened to me that but do you have a pc? If you have plug it to it with usb cable and then select data transfer and in your computer see if there's another disc if you have check the disc properties and then tools and then check for errors see if this help you. Sorry but the phone I've one like yours and pc to but they're in portuguese so this is the best I can explain you
