like i said in my opening post i know nowt about computers, i went into all programes and deleted optimizer pro speed guard and then emptyed the recycle bin but it still comes back when i restart the laptop as does a popup for to login to facebook which i dont use. ran the norton scan and it is not picking up anything. is there an option to just delete everything and restore back to normal
